Simple Configuration: Configure everything directly in config.lua. Fields, vehicles, crops, silos, stores, animals, pens, contracts, XP thresholds, and upgrades are all clearly documented and easy to adjust.
Easy Installation: Place the resource in your server's resources folder, add the items to your framework, and start it. No manual SQL setup required — all database tables are created automatically.
Fields: Purchase fields around the map and manage them as your own property. Fields degrade with use and must be repaired. Inactive fields are automatically released after a configurable period of inactivity.
Crop Planting & Harvesting: Attach seeders to your tractor to plant crops across a field. Crops grow in multiple stages and can be fertilized to speed up growth. Use a harvester to collect them and transfer the yield via a grain trailer.
6 Crop Types: Wheat, Canola, Cotton, Potato, Oat, and Maize — each with unique growth stages, custom 3D props streamed directly from the resource and individual sell prices.
Fertilizers: Three tiers of fertilizer (including composted manure from your own cows) boost crop growth rates and award bonus XP when applied.
Hay Bales: Certain crops generate hay bales during harvest. Pick them up, load them onto a bale trailer, and sell them at any crop store.
Silos: Own and manage grain silos to store bulk commodities. Deposit your harvested grain, manage stock levels, and create trucker delivery jobs directly from the silo management panel.
Vehicles & Implements: Buy tractors, harvesters, seeders, fertilizer spreaders, and grain trailers from the in-game vehicle store. Implements attach to tractors and are managed through a dedicated attach/detach menu. Each vehicle has a blip on the map when spawned.
Animal Farming: Purchase pens and populate them with cows, chickens, or pigs. Feed your animals regularly to keep them healthy. Cows produce milk, chickens produce eggs, and all animals can be slaughtered for meat products.
Contracts: Auto-generated seeding and harvesting contracts appear on the contracts page. Accept a contract to receive a provided vehicle, a time limit, and a cash reward on completion. Upgrade the contracts skill tree to earn higher payouts.
Leaderboards: Four leaderboard windows (all-time, weekly, monthly, and seasonal) rank players by total distance traveled while farming.
Upgrades & Skill Tree: Earn XP through every farming action. Level up to gain skill points, then spend them across six upgrade trees: Vehicles, Properties, Crops, Yield, Contracts, and Animals — each unlocking new content and boosting earnings.
Loan System: Take out loans from the farm bank to invest in equipment or land. Loans are repaid in daily installments, with configurable plans, interest rates, and repayment periods. Loan limits scale with player level.
Employee System: Hire other players as farm employees and assign them a role (Basic, Advanced, or Full Access). Fine-grained permissions let you control exactly which UI pages and actions each role can access.
lc_truck_logistics Integration: Optionally link with the Trucker Simulator script so silo owners can create trucker delivery contracts visible directly in the Trucker Simulator's job board.
Optimization: Well-optimized with targeted broadcasts to nearby players only. Vehicles, props, and zones are managed efficiently to keep server and client performance high.
